Find Your Way in Mossey Library During Construction

This page will be updated regularly with information to help you find your way around the library during construction. Please contact [email protected] with any questions.

• The entrances to the library are now located on the south side of the first floor across from Delp Hall, and on the north side of the second floor across from Grewcock Student Union.
• The exits are in the same place as the entrances, on the south side of the first floor and the north side of the second floor.
• There are four accessible single-user restrooms  at the east end of the building, two on the first floor, and two on the second. The two on the first floor are for any user. On the second floor, one is designated for Men and one for Women. 
• The Circulation Desk has been combined with the Information Desk. The combined desk is located at the south side of the west wall, and is surrounded on the south and east sides by partitions.  Walk around the partitions to find the desk itself, as well as the desks for Public Services Librarian George Allen and Library Technician Colleen Ladd.
• The Interlibrary Loan office, occupied by Library Technician Kristine Wilkinson,  is currently in the same place on the north wall as before the construction, but the office of Public Services Librarian Brenna Wade has moved to the office east of the Interlibrary Loan office, formerly the office of Archives and Special Collections.
• Archives and Special Collections, including the desks of Archivist and Special Collections Librarian Lori Curtis and Library Technician Markie Repp, has moved to the Dow Room at the east end of the first floor.
• The offices of Library Director Maurine McCourry, Technical Services Librarians Aaron Kilgore and Brandon Hugo, and Library Technicians Sherry Sodergren, Pam Clark, Lori Kirby, and Paul Kerrigan, are located in the former study rooms in the southwest corner of the second floor.
• Book returns  should either be handed to library staff at the Circulation Desk or dropped in the drop box near the new north entrance across from Grewcock Student Union. 
• The circulating collection on the second floor is all still accessible, but stacks have been moved out of order. Signs are posted at the ends of stacks to guide you to the right place, but feel free to ask at the Information Desk for help if you have trouble finding anything. See details below. The stacks labelled in red are the ones in temporary locations.
